TITAN adopts the Low carbon high strength alloy steel T700 to make the main beam , it has a higher carry capacity and service life of more than 10 years. We use automatic submerged arc welding process to weld the main beam. There is no interface between the upper, middle and lower plates of the beam, so it can ensure the integrity of the main beam and make the beam more solid and durable.

TITAN flatbed trailer adopts the Powder spray and baking painting for all of our trailers which has high adhesion, more beautiful color,  and the cost is twice of ordinary acid paint, but the paint will not fall off after more than five years of use.

he floor plate is the 3 mm and it’s diamond plate, It is thicker than the 2.5mm or 2mm floor plate from other factories. Our floor plate is very strong and durable, and is not easy to deform even after long term using.
