Currently, TITAN has only one used Sany concrete pump truck in stock, equipped with used Sinotruk HOWO 8×4 chassis. The entire vehicle has undergone professional refurbishment and comprehensive upgrades and is ready for immediate shipment. This used pump truck uses a SANY 56 meter superstructure, which has undergone cleaning, shaping, grinding, painting, and pre shipment testing to ensure stable and reliable pumping performance.

Used Sany 56m concrete pump truck engine system has undergone complete remanufacturing, with upgrades including new cylinder liner assemblies, starter motor, generator, air compressor, water pump, oil pump, injectors, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch plates, oil cooler, tensioner, and power steering pump, providing strong and stable power output.

Used Sany concrete pump truck's gearbox has undergone extensive refurbishment, with replacement of the top cover, shift cylinder, oil seals, and air circuit system. It has also received overall sandblasting and epoxy anti-corrosion treatment, effectively improving the Used Howo chassis's durability and reliability.

Used Sany 56m concrete pump truck is equipped with brand new tires. The rear axle has also undergone refurbishment, including replacement of brake pads, oil seals, wheel bolts, and the braking system. The electrical system uses entirely new original factory wiring, including a complete replacement of the control cabinet wiring, ensuring stable operation of the vehicle's electronic control system. The hydraulic system of the Used Sany concrete pump truck has undergone comprehensive cleaning and overhaul of the main valve block, auxiliary valve block, and main cylinder. The main cylinder's seals have been replaced with new ones, and the main pump, boom pump, and constant pressure pump have all passed bench testing.

Furthermore, the S valve, mixing device, spectacle plate, cutting ring, and all vulnerable parts in the hopper system of the used concrete pump truck have been replaced, and the delivery pipes are 90% new. The entire vehicle has undergone chassis ECU testing, load testing, and an 8 hour continuous high pressure pumping test, ensuring it can be directly put into engineering use after delivery.
