The main material of the detachable gooseneck trailer is Q550 high-strength steel, upgraded gooseneck, the gooseneck contains 2 lifting cylinders, 1 supporting cylinder, 1 latch cylinder, the lifting cylinder is behind the gooseneck, vertical cylinder, the detachable gooseneck trailer axle adopts 16-ton extended axle, the bottom plate is 5mm thick patterned plate, and the detachable gooseneck trailer hydraulic station adopts low-speed 13.2KW Changchai.

Detachable gooseneck trailer operation instructions

1.Lift the gooseneck, open valves K1, K2, K3, and pull or push the gooseneck lifting and reversing valve handle.

2.Separation and installation of the gooseneck and the cargo platform: After adjusting the position, close K3, pull or push the latch lifting and reversing valve handle, and retract or insert the latch cylinder. Pull or push the support reversing valve handle to make the support cylinder support or lower the gooseneck.

3.State of each valve when the detach gooseneck trailer is driving: K1, K2 are open, and K3 is closed.

When you need to remove the gooseneck from the tractor truck, the gooseneck should be kept connected to the detachable gooseneck trailer frame. Secure the safety hook with a pin to hold the gooseneck in place and prevent it from tilting forward.

Remove the dowel pin and the air pipe and wire connection. As the gooseneck height is lowered, the bottom corner of the front end of the detach gooseneck trailer is lowered to the ground and rests on the ground. Once all links are safely removed, lower the cargo platform. Use the truck to drive the gooseneck and drive the tractor far enough away.
