The main beams are manufactured from T700/Q345B high-strength steel, offering superior tensile strength to effectively withstand heavy-load impacts. A double-layer reinforcement and anti-torsion design—featuring thickened top and bottom flanges, a double-layer main beam structure, and transverse balance beams—significantly enhances the frame's overall rigidity and resistance to torsion and bending.

The trailer utilizes large-bore hydraulic cylinders from internationally renowned brands (such as HYVA) to deliver powerful lifting force.

The hydraulic cylinders feature a long stroke and an optimized lifting angle for rapid unloading; the center of gravity remains stable during the lifting process, ensuring excellent rollover prevention.

The tipper trailer is equipped with FUWA or BPW 13-ton/16-ton heavy-duty axles, offering high load-bearing capacity and easy maintenance.
